沈金（漆の層に彫刻刀などで絵柄を彫り、彫ったところに金粉銀粉を練りこみ絵付けする技法）
沈金の技法を利用し、漆ガラスの裏面から彫刻刀をレーザーに切り替えることにより、より早く安定したデザインを彫り込むことが出来るようになりました。彫り込んだ部分に特殊漆を入れ、そこに箔や金粉銀粉を撒き分けてから、再度特殊漆を塗り込みます。そして最後にオリジナル食洗機対応コートでカバーすることにより、表面はガラスのまま、塗り面や沈金に傷が入らずお使い頂け、ガラスの中に沈金デザインを表現することが出来るようになりました。
Chinkin (a technique of carving a design into a layer of lacquer using an engraving knife, etc., and then kneading gold and silver powders into the carved area for painting)
By using the Chinkin technique and switching the engraving knife to a laser from the back side of the lacquer glass, we can engrave a design more quickly and stably. The engraved area is covered with special lacquer, then foil and gold and silver powders are sprinkled on it, and special lacquer is applied again. Finally, by covering the surface with the original dishwasher safe coating, the surface of the glass remains unchanged and the lacquered surface and chinkin can be used without scratches.
